Day 1:
From Vlogging to Blogging! EDCI 336 is harder than I initially thought. Creating a website seemed near impossible until we had our hands held with a detailed step-by-step of how to go about everything. Personally, even with the blueprint I found it difficult to navigate everything. With so many tabs popping up, and crazy new usernames to remember it was a bit of a struggle. However, here I am creating my first blog post. Creating a blog post is kind of like navigating the Labyrinth blindfolded. You have to meander your way through a maze knowing there is an exit somewhere just no clue how to get there. Coming in here with no real idea of what’s going on and all you have to do is find the final goal. The final goal being putting words on my blog. However, I do not really know what to write about, I am more of a Vlogger type of guy but I guess we all got to step outside our comfort zones.
So far I am surprised at what blogging has to offer. It is pretty fun and I could see it being really applicable to middle years classrooms. Children of all ages could have a fun time sharing their knowledge of what they learned in class.
Overall, 8/10, would recommend to others!
